Well first off the first sign is when a person even suspects it. I would never even suspect it with my husband had I not gotten "signs" of it. So you now have signs of it and this is the first thing.

Next any man hardly ever wanting sex is a big red flag in my book. A young man always wants it.

Now you need to sit him down and have a good hard long talk one on one with him about what he is up to. Watch is eyes. Eyes tell it. He denys it tell him well I suspect it and due to that trust is an issue now. Trust is the bedrock foundation to marriage. So no wedding should take place now until this issue is resolved. Period. Otherwise your headed to a divorce quick.
