Don't know about the "new" part but yes there are hacking tools to almost any kind of account

To avoid this creating a strong password, at least a 12 character (@numbers/letters/symbols) or longer is better.
You might wonder how that tool can not be shut down. It is hosted on a site in Russia, so not much can be done about it.
