Open your eyes! You just listed a bunch of ways that he is cheating on you and you are still asking if he is cheating. When you think of your ideal relationship with a man, is this how you thought it would be? No.

Get out of this and find someone who respects you and is proud to be with you. The fact that you are snooping on him means that you don't trust him and probably for good reason. Even if he has never slept with or seen any of these girls, flirting at that level is cheating. Lying to you is cheating.

Even if he is at the gym, he is being shady and you need to trust your instincts. If I guy referred to me as "some girl," I would get my self-respect and walk away. If your friend was having these same issues, I know you would tell her to get out. Step out of the situation and look at how you are being used and disrespected.
