I will share with you what we did with the Jumpto twitter account. Sign up to sites like traffup.net and twiends.com Both these sites will help you build your twitter followers. Do not be too aggressive in building your audience because that will get you banned. Just take your time and also post smart tweets, the best way to lose friends is to tell everyone every freaking detail of your life.
