here's one way u could do.. ur both 16.. im pretty sure you both have social networking sites... why not add him and start up a conversation on the chat box? a simply "hi" would make a lot of difference.. im sure he will reply and u both can keep the convo going..that could work.. maybe he is shy to talk to u as well.. if u do not have facebook or anything, then u have no choice but to strike up a conversation with him anyhow.. Smile like i said.. a simple "hi" can make a difference.. or even a smile.. Smile
