my computer freeze when i try to copy or send or upload files?

There are many problems that could cause this. With out the computer in front of me it will be hard to help.

First i would try to update your computer in the automatic updates.
Second check any programs that are not up to date.
Third i would look in the Device Manager and look for any yellow exclamation points showing a conflict
fourth update ANY display drivers, this is a problem that could cause this issue. driver conflicts
All else fails and no great answers

Either pop in your system restore disk, run malware bytes "this actually fixes a lot of isues like that. could just have some type of virus in your computer.
