Sure! I do freelance work through oDesk and I constantly see jobs looking for facebook application developers (paid jobs). In fact, right now they are even running an "App of the Month" contest to showcase apps built by oDesk providers (Facebook and iPhone).

If you are good at what you do, there are plenty of opportunities for you. You might want to set up an account with oDesk and apply for work through their network.
