labour union is for bargaining in labour market.some of the firm try to exploit the labour by giving less wage rate than marginal production.if we have to control bargaining power of labour then use the concept of skilled labour.employ less number of labour by giving higher wages but marginal production will be high.mainly employment,poverty,poor infrastructure is a problem.
