Why won't anyone hire me? Even the bottom jobs ignore me?

The answers that the other users have given you are here are spot on and I agree with them, but might I ad, you have never had any kind of paid employment. Maybe thats why they aren't considering you, I don't mean that in a nasty way but they are not considering you as you don't have work experience. The best way to get work experience is by volunteering at a charity of you choice like Oxfam for example, once you volunteer there you could put that onto your CV and list the duites and what you do there. Also once you get a voluntary placement you will be learning things, improving your current skills and learning new ones, you will quickly learn about the world of work. This will give you more confidence and an employer will be more likely to interview you if they see that you are volunteering.

Maybe do a few days a week at a charity for maybe at least 3 hours a day, after doing all of this hopefully you will soon move into paid employment, it will really increase your chances.
