Why don't potential employees think that a Facebook, My Space postings or profiles are being monitored?
Once you have an e-mail address on a resume or employment application a potential employer can trace your online Facebook, My Space activity. I own a placement firm and I check potential employers Facebook and My Space activity. There is no Freedom of Speech. Clean up your online activity or you might not get the money.
