How do you use Twitter?

It takes abit of getting used to.

You just type somehting in the box at the top, and it posts on the "home page" if you click on the "find people" tab you can enter friends names etc and their profiles will come up, under there pic there will be a tab that says "follow" click this and then their updates will appear on your home page, the more people you follow the more interesting it is because them more things come up on your home page.

To say somehting directly click the little arrow by their post, in your status box will come up the words @ xxx (their name unsername) then you type your message, this will come up on your home page as well as their home page so they will see you have written to them.

You can send private messages, down the right hand colum there is a tab which says "direct msgs" this is whre u can send private nessages.

To see if anyone has sent you any messages that you are not following (hence it not coming up on your home page) click the @ x x x(your name) tab on the right hand side and this will display msgs to you.
