It is basically the same thing as retweeting. Some phones cant RT the tweet but they just put the users name and then the tweet. Also when you retweet something, you cant add your own message to it so by doing that you could add your own message at front such as 'haha RT @someonesname that persons tweet.'

But still it is the same as clicking retweet.
