Just try talking to people, don't bring your iPod or laptop at lunch because people will think you're playing some stupid game. Start to do some sports. Not to be mean but maybe change your look. If you want to make friends then make the effort. Don't try to make friends with mean people. Find people with your interests and don't talk to people you don't like because they'll just make fun of you. best of luck!
