On facebook is there somewhere you can go to add all the applications?

Yes, you can.

On the top left hand corner of your page, you should see an application menu (right underneath the search bar)

Click the word "applications" or "edit" (beside it).

You will now see a list of all your applications and on the top right hand corner you should see "browse more applications"

Just click that and you will be able to browse a whole bunch of applications offered on Facebook.
