Its really easy!

If you only do it on the computer or app on your phone, you just type @ and their name. Ex. @marcia . but if you only have it on your computer (or like iphone type thing) , you have to be on the site or app.

If you receive text messages to your phone, it works in the same format as a text. you can respond to someone in the same way.

you cand also direct message someone by just putting a d in front of their name.
