Consider the gaming market and think about WHO buys the games more so than who usually ends up playing the game. There are laws which state an age at which children under a certain age may or may not purchase pornography and you can hardly think that a parent would purchase such a game on a child's behalf which games already have maturity content i.e. violence ratings so... Games would have hardly hit the market in a pornographic fashion when they already take enough heat being violent.

ANSWER: There's not a big enough market for what you suggest. Once the market sufficiently grows then the manufacturers will find a way to circumvent or change the present laws. Things evolve slowly, give it time and you'll see it all for sale.
