Yes. She appears to have a habit addiction to Facebook and other sites of a similar calibre. She sounds extremely self-obsessed and incredibly boring company, so it's difficult to see why you would ever be interested in a friendship with such a person anyway. You note that she has no romantic relationship and very few friends. Surely you can see why. You would be well-advised to extricate yourself from any contact with such an irksome acquaintance.
