If you do explain to them what your account is about and why they should give you a shout out. Just tell them something like it will change the lives of people who love tennis and tell them that there are over 1,000,000 people that play tennis everyday not including people who play it every now and then. They will see that as an opportunity. Also say that once you get your thousands than you will give them shout outs. This usually works all the time.
