It depends what kind of person she is. If she's a genuinely sweet girl then i think she can definitely like you. But if she's a girl who likes attention from guys, she's just using you. Especially cuz she knew you liked her, it's an easy way for girls to play with guys. And if she is single, the "cookie" thing can mean like a close girlfriend or like a dog or something. Haha I've never heard a girl call a guy cookie before either. So maybe it's like a nickname for a friend. Also, if I've only been dating a guy for a few days, I don't twitter it and publicize it immediately with a cute nickname and such. You should just ask her out to a movie or something and see what she says. If she keeps leading you on, then you should ask her out.
