Is there any way to change iPhone settings without jailbreaking?

Unfortunetely their is no way. Their might be an app that no one has noticed so you can try searching the app store but I am pretty sure their is not one. The only way is to jailbreak and I just did a video on the app and its just like a droid but better. You can control your facebook, twitter, and even messages straight from the lock screen. That means even sending a message, tweeting, or even updating your facebook status. You should check out my YouTube video.
