Obviously he is no good for you. If you already see that he is chatting with other girls and skyping then he isn't as interested as you thought he was. Maybe he was being spiteful with the picture, but you shouldn't feel bad because it sounds like you can do a lot better than him. I say continue ignoring him until he asks what's up. He has some major insecurity issues if he is doing this to you because if he was secure he would be talking to you and only you.
