Evidently your not a union shop Andy. So your only recourse is to talk to this turkey in a 'respectful' way. Let him know that your crew are hard workers and feel that you should get the same pay as your counter parts at the other stores. You need to 'kiss a little *ss' and make this bum feel like a big shot, that's the way it works. Some people should never be in a supervisory level, but the reality of it is, they get in some how and the only way you can deal with them is "feed their ego" It's a pain but that's life in the fast lane.
