Twitter is this site where you basically tell people what your doing. It's like the myspace and facebook status thing. I'm not sure how old you have to be but i guess at least 13. It's safe for the most part, if you set your settings to protected so then only people you chose can see your updates, if you don't then everyone can see them. You can chose to follow celebrities or friends or just interesting looking people.
