There are 2 main ways that you can use. The first is free but has its downsides. Its found at http://vagex.com/?ref=65681 . This is a free service and will slowly give you views, likes, comments and subscribers. The problem with it is that the comments are often spam comments, subscribers don't really care about yr content.
The second is a paid service and the one that I know that has awesome packages is http://www.wildfirebusinesssolutions.com . Their subscribers and views are real people, not bots, and you often get more than you asked for as well. The traffic is delivered at a natural pace so as not to get you video flagged.
