I broke up with my ex but should i get back together with her?

Okay so me and my ex broke up after dating almost 2 years (both of us are 19). Our relationship was amazing when we first started dating like every other relationship. We got in an argument and broke up after 3 months of dating and took a little break before we started dating again. Once we got back together it seemed like she wanted to keep the relationship low key. Never introduced me to friends, never wanted me to hangout around her family and later told me her dad hated me that's why, and lastly she made excuses up about putting her relationship status to in a relationship to me on facebook. Later I found out (while creeping because people were telling me) that she was acting all single on twitter. She even stopped having sex with me and always made stupid excuses. When we first started dating she did all of those things before we broke up for the first time. I actually treated her like a princess too, bought her stuff, showed her that she is the one, but this always hurt me. At the end of our relationship I always told her to be honest if she wanted to be with me or not and she always said that she did, but I just couldn't take all of this stuff anymore. I FELT LIKE SHE DIDN'T CARE FOR ME AS MUCH AS GIRLS USUALLY DO IN RELATIONSHIPS and that is what bothered me the most. She never even bought me anything ever and honestly looking back this relationship shouldn't even have lasted as long as it did, but it did because I really cared for her, I didn't really care about these things at first for some dumb reason but couldn't take it anymore so I BROKE UP WITH HER, but I still miss her and she has said she wants to work things out but I def am second guessing because why would I want to go back to that, right?

Even though she has said she will change she never does because she has said that so many times. Also, some days she wants to work on things then some days she doesn't, so it's not like she is all for it.
