I think he still likes you, but he does not know if you like him or not. Just wait and see. I would not do anything - I would not flirt or act interested.

If he really likes you - he will ask you out or write to you or something.

If you cannot wait, just text him some innocent message like - hi Smile

I would not ask him for details. If he feels like that, he will let you know when he feels ready.
