How can i tell him i like him, or flirt with him so he knows?

Theres this boy that ive gotten to know over the past few weeks. Were always laughing when were around each other and smiling. I think he likes mr but im not so sure if hes just being friendly. We talk alot at school but nothing serious just joking around i guess. People say that he probably likes me cause he doesnt treat me the way he does other girls. He sometimes comes out of his way to come talk to me and will randomly touch me around my face area and a cute romantic way you might see a boyfriend play with his girl. But i want him to know i like him cause that would make it soo much easier but i am NOT gonna come out and tell him "i like you" and i cant talk to him on fb or twitter or text cause he doesnt have ANY of those.
