You seem to know nothing about photography and nothing about the photographer's life style. You're trying to force it upon yourself. It's important to be humble. "Me becoming a professional photographer" written at the top of your page is not humble. Your pictures are no more than auto-mode snapshots. Do you do photography because you like it, or because you think it's the cool thing to do?
Another thing I don't like about your page is the quote you posted. "If you don't have anything to say, your photographs aren't going to say much." Here's why I don't like that. A photograph is a mental creation. A mute man could make beautiful photographs. I'm a really introverted person and photography is my method of communicating ideas that I can't find the right words for. My photographs are about me I guess. I'm not a professional. I don't ever plan on being a professional. I don't even consider myself a photographer at this point. I'm just a guy with a camera. I'm 16 years old and I'm looking forward to a long life of photography. I don't think I'll ever be famous; that doesn't bother me in the slightest way. I didn't buy a camera because all the kids are doing it. I bought a camera because I wanted to document the world around me. p.s. The plural form of any word does not require an apostrophe before the s. |
