I deactivated my twitter account and i cant use the email?

So I have made three twitter accounts because I am dumb and could never remember the passwords to them. So i deactivated one because i had it email the password so I could log on and deactivate it. But now I want to use the deactivated accounts email for my current twitter account but it says the email is in use on twitter. I don't know what to do because my other email is my school email and the school doesnt allow that.....Any suggestions or answers would be so helpful! Thank you!
