Actions you can take to increase subscribers, likes and followers:
1.Make really awesome videos! The more useful they are, the people will naturally watch them, link to them and come back for more.

- I looked at your video channel and you can improve your video quality by showing more of YOU. It's much more interesting to watch you talking that just your hands.

- Create a rating system you can display on the screen. For example, Quality, Price, Ease of Use, rated from 1-5.

- Be aware of the what your camera is capturing on the screen. The view is clipped, the product isn't centered, and it's hard to see.

- Show more personality. Be yourself and people will enjoy watching more.

- Keep your review short, 2-3 min max.

- Watch the reviews on Cnet.com for ideas.
2.Add annotations to your videos at the beginning, middle and end, asking people to subscribe to your channel. Add this call to action in text at the end of your videos as well.
3.Subscribe to the feed of other reviewers on YouTube, leave comments and interact. Many of them will follow you back, like and comment.
4.On Facebook, ask your fans questions. Engage them and answer their questions in return. Become a resource they pay attention to.
5.Use Facebook Sponsored Posts and Ads to grow your Facebook audience.
6.Get some anchor text backlinks for your videos to drive them to Page 1 for the terms people are searching. For example, "iPod 4 review."
Find companies who want you to review their products by:
1.Search blogs and websites that sell the type of products you'd like to review. Send them an email, link to your social media following and make an offer to review their products.
2.Sell product reviews on Fiverr.com.
3.Find your competitors on YouTube and see which products they are reviewing. Contact those businesses with an offer to review their products.
4.Write guest blog posts and videos for tech review blogs. This will help you connect with more businesses who want reviews.
Right now, your videos aren't as useful and helpful as they could be. That's the #1 thing you can do to grow your audience. Ask your followers and fans what they want and how you can improve, then do it.
