Well that's omegle. Anyone can disconnect whenever they like, by accident or not. And there's no way to find the person again unfortunately.
Or go on new chats and ask "Is this Tyler?" you might be lucky enough to happen to meet him there again sometime.

The thing you can do with the picture is:
Copy the link and paste it on google. Then search it by image and try to find his facebook, twitter and other accounts he has the same picture. (:
