I have permed hair can I have a keratin treatment?
I had my permed about 2 and a half months ago. Now my hair looks dry and frizzy.

I went to the salons and told me that I should have a kearatin treatment, or a cellophane treatment.

Which should I get?

With the keratin treatment will my perm will be gone?
