There are many ways to get twitter followers, but the question is will it work for you? - well it really depends. You may read some articles and blogs to have ideas on this stuff, you may re-post blogs to let other people know. It's interesting but you don;t have the assurance that others would bother to look at them. So I suggest you better join some social exchange sites like keeko.com where you earn your points in exchange for twitter followers. And it's not against on anything, your earning it for that fact.
