You can start by following them and hoping they will follow you. Then just tweet the website or send your followers a direct message with the website on it.

The people you follow will see the tweet message. Also add it to your profile so that its visible to everyone out there.

I'm on twitter and I keep getting new followers every day.

PConfused: Twitter has some cool games that you can play and every once in a while you can slip in the website hehe.
