Is he interested or playing some sort of game?

I'm dating this guy I've met through online dating website. We have dated thrice already and we slept together the third time at his place. He was really nice, accommodating and sweet the times we were together. He seems like really a great guy. He texts me everyday and I really don't have to text him first cause he texts even if I don't. He seems interested in the things I do. I only wonder why he doesn't seem so eager to meet up with me again. When I try to initiate a meeting, he'll give reasons why he can't and all that but STILL he texts me. If he has gotten what he wanted then why is he still texting me? Why is he not eager to see me again? We talked and he said that he is not dating someone else but I can't help but think that I am only his back-up plan or something. I am utterly confused what kind of game he is playing. He is in the military by the way. I know he has time cause it's his vacation. If I ask him "What are your plans tomorrow?", he'll be like "I'll go to my grandparents." It's been 3 days since we have last seen each other and we communicate everyday but it just feels like he doesn't make plans that we see each other again. Please help! I am confused!
