She seems like the really moody, self-destructing, immature type. Personally, I think that all social media destroys relationships, ignore the stuff on twitter, facebook, whatever. Politely ask her to talk to you if there's something you're doing wrong, not to tweet about it.

I say give her space for a while, and then talk to her--IN PERSON. Ask her what's wrong and why she acts that way.
