What does it mean that not a day goes by I don't think about what they did to me?

A few people hurt me really bad on Twitter a month ago. Not a day goes by that I don't think about what they did. I forgive them in other words not expecting an apology. If a name pops up that is the same name as theirs I get reminded, something on tv, some look a like and any other trigger will bring it up. I wake up every morning with what they did.

When will the thoughts about them stop creeping in my head?

I asked my therapist about this and she said it takes two months. Doubt it I feel like this'll be with me for years.

They slandered me and bullied me and accused me of things that aren't true.
I'm a loser?! wtf! I thought they were my friends! But they weren't!
How can I Confront them when they all blocked me they hate me and made sure everyone else blocked me(except my true friends)
