I know its hard to believe, but some celebrities don't have an Ego the size of Texas combined with a near-lethal dose of Unwarranted Self Importance. Therefore, they don't need a twitter account since they dont see the point in letting people know the last time they look a leak or that their dog wanted to go outside.
