no, its way more than hating people, it stems back to times and events in their life that cause them to build up such anger till one day they just flip. You'd have to check the news for other details though
but it is defo something to do with them personally and the way they think and whatever theyve gone through in life makes them not care at all about what they do or the trouble they'll be in afterwards
