Do mass murderers such as the "Batman Shooter" & recent shooter do it because they hate people?

It is easiest to assume that they're like that, only they are.

To suppose you could appreciate the wavelength they're on, is to either believe you could take up arms and indulge in hostile acts towards vulnerable people, or that you will lapse into it mindlessly.

If they had a reason, actually reasoned with the idea of doing it - it begs the question, how did they put aside any semblance of a conscience?

To know any kind of pain as an undesirable element within oneself is to not really want it just as much for another as for yourself - People that end a killing spree in suicide are basically just suicidal - but they impose upon others why they are like that. Those that do not end their own lives must have to deal with their conscience or they have none.

So without first hand experience of doing such a thing, who can really say?
