What are the differences between England and U.S.'s government?

Not much really, but ill give you what I know.

The local governments are assigned duties in England, while they choose what to do in the U.S.

England actually answers to the United Kingdom, so choices made by the prime minister affect England as well.

You won't have to worry about the god-forsaken political parties in England either. I guess they are smart enough to say fuck that.
