How can i start a business of my own?

Or a better way of asking, would i even be able to create my own business? I'm 14 and so is my friend. We saw that two of our other friends have there own clothing line called "Makopa Clothing Boutique" On facebook, so we thought, "Hey, we should try something like that". We were thinking about doing something with a clothing line or jewelry possibly. I'm not sure but i was wondering what it would even take to start one of our own??
