It's a losing proposition. Teens don't have money (or a lot of it), only a few have cars or driver's licenses, and local curfew laws limit the time they can be out and about.

My advice, if you want to raise funds for your organization find sponsors for a one-time event or festival that can be held on a Saturday afternoon when more will be able to attend. You will have a hard time peddling your business plan to investors for seed money if you can't even get a decent turnout for a one night stand.
