It's internet marketing. The internet is not limited by distance, so why are you limiting your options by going local only? Broward does not look like a major metropolitan area either. But when you do choose a firm to improve your website's SEO, if they're charging some ridiculous monthly maintenance fee, you are getting ripped off. Any SEO campaign should be "sticky" and last for at least a good 6 months or so without major changes, unless it is a highly competitive niche.
