It depends on whether your phone is dual band, tri band or quad band. If it's dual band, it will work in your continent. If it's tri band, it will work in Europe, Africa and Asia but not the US. And finally, if it's Quad band it will work pretty much anywhere in the world. Hope i helped Smile
