I'm still depressed and have girl trouble?

If you read my previous questions on here you will get an idea of why I'm like this...

I really don't know what to do anymore guys. I have blocked this girl and guy on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter yet I am thinking about it 24/7. I know she's just a girl but seeing photos of them together makes me so upset and jealous (hence why I've blocked them). I would really like to know how I can forget all feelings for both the people in this relationship as its brining me down. I've stopped eating properly and the grades I'm getting aren't normal. Maybe I have bipolar? Maybe it's depression? I'm getting to the point where I think I just can't cope anymore, I'm 15 and why am I thinking like this? It's all I ever think about! I see girls smiling at me all the time but this one girl is there in my mind I just can't get rid of. Just please help me, anyone? Help..
