im 23,i used to work in a deli, but it was to stressful for me.part of me lives in another land and thinks im a star.and the real me is canned/i have no friends so i feel like i cant support myself enough to work in public,or talk. how can you get help for agoraphobia/social anxs when you are cautious/nervous ?
