If you are really suicidal, then leave. you can travel, do anything.

Go be James Bond. help people, learn about the world.
After doing this, not only would you of met people who you relate to, but respect you. Then you may not feel this way.
Get away from whats holding you back and those nerves will go. travel my friend, be Gandalf.
