How can I improve CPU on my Droid 3?

1... never... ever... USE... Task Killers..... Stupid Morons at ALL manufacturers and Wireless carriers now install them as bloatware not knowing what Android is or does..... Android 2.0+ doesnt need a Task Killer... when apps are exited, Android ITSELF puts them to sleep and closes them by itself. Getting a Task Killer and KILLING apps before Android can do's job fluxes the internal codes.... thus making Forces Closes and slow/sluggyness of the CPU more prevalent.... Want Proof? Get WatchDog LITE on Market... its free... its a TASK MANAGER! Dont touch killers.... Let the dog run for 5 min... look at the list... see all those 0.0% CPU usage!!! Now open your Killer... see all those same apps... yeppers... so your using CPU and battery life... and killing apps with 0.0% usage... TaskKillers are meant for OLD androids... like OS 1.5 Cupcake and 1.6 Donut... think 2009 androids... ok... Never touch that pathetic Task Killer app ever ever ever again!

#2) For virus/malware/spyware/mobile backup/lost/stolen GPS tracker... you need 1 app... LOOKOUT MOBILE SECURITY!... Remove any other protection app

#3) Widgets... get rid of them... they drain CPU, RAM, and Battery... use apps!

#4) sync emails to maybe 1 hour... not 5 mins... same with facebook/twitter posts/comments

#5) clean your caches..... get 1-click Cleaner.. its free... run cache mode... wipe cache... run deep mode for internal cache

#6) kill live wallpaper!

#7) Use Watchdog to see what else is eating your CPU and battery... and modify those app's settings too...

#8) now reboot phone with battery pull (cleans Dalvik VM).... wait 2 min... insert.. turn on...

You now have liquid Drano poured into your Android....

Future Googlers to the question............. please..... Use common sence... the more you make Android do... then more battery and CPU and RAM it WILL USE....
