It's great that you're looking at science-related majors. All of those majors will help you to be successful, but I would suggest biochemistry - this major encompasses many topics related to pharmaceuticals and research in developing drugs. Out of the ones you listed, biology is probably the least versatile, because it's such a popular degree. Chemistry is also a great degree. You might also look into chemical engineering.
